Our goal is to ship your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders have a processing time of 2-3 business days from receipt. Shipping rates are calculated by weight and at this time, we offer shipping through the following carries: UPS and USPS. Please be aware that items shipped USPS First Class Mail are not insured and Shine Labs in not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages. If you would like shipping insurance, please select UPS as the carrier.
A shipment confirmation email will be sent once your order is shipped. The email will include your tracking number(s) (if applicable), as well as a list of the items being shipped. If your order shipped USPS First Class Mail, tracking will be limited to delivery only.
For international shipments (outside the US), duty taxes and any brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Returns on all merchandise is accepted within 14 days of receipt in original packaging for exchange or store credit only, no refunds. All clearance sales or closeout sales are final, no returns or credit. Prepaid shipping charges apply for ALL returns and exchanges. We will not accept any packages that are mailed C.O.D Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in the original shipping package.
For all returns, please contact us with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return for either exchange or store credit. Carefully pack your items in their original packing materials and include a copy of your sales receipt. Please ship using an insured carrier to the following address:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will contact you with any additional shipping costs to ship out your exchange. If you are not requesting an exchange, you will be issued a store credit for use on a future purchase.
